I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, mismanaged scheduling, and poor customer service at The Spa at Gervasi Vineyard. My boyfriend booked me a luxury spa package consisting of a pedicure, manicure, and an 80-minute deep tissue massage, which was supposed to be a seamless, back-to-back afternoon of relaxation. On the morning of my appointment, the spa called to say a technician had called off and asked to move my appointments an hour earlier. The call was handled in a way that clearly implied my entire sequence of services was being shifted up. However, after finishing my nail services, I was informed that my massage wasn't until 3:30 PM—leaving a 90-minute gap of dead time in the middle of my day. I never would have agreed to the schedule change had they been upfront that only the nail appointments were moving. To make matters worse, when I voiced my frustration at the front desk, the staff suggested I go over to The Crush House for lunch to pass the time. I walked over only to discover the venue was completely closed. Came here for a massage and facial day and it was so worth it the grounds of gervasi are so amazing. The staff here really treat you so well and listen to what you want. I got a 80 min massage and It was worth it. Definitely recommend

Wow! I had the package and it did not disappoint! A wonderful massage from Lexi and a heavenly facial from Taylor! Both were so relaxing. I love my manicure and pedicure from Jordan. Everyone there was so nice and I really felt pampered. Thank you!

Our first time there and unfortunately won’t be back. Was pretty to look at. However the Lounge is small and there were like 15 people in there so my husband and I didn’t get to sit down to relax before our massage. Everyone was talking and loud. Not only that when we got there we were told there were robes in the locker. That’s great but my husband has big arms/shoulders his didn’t fit properly so he wasn’t comfortable. There were only 2 robes left in ladies locker room thank goodness one of the two fit, however I don’t think you should have to look through lockers to find a robe. Having them Hang according to size seems more efficient. We were supposed to get a complementary drink and a neck wrap. Neither were offered. When we inquired, we were told they ran out due to a large party before us. I work at a spa myself and we count to make sure we have enough plus a few extra of hot towels, wraps, robes etc for all of our clients. The small details truly matter. The grapes and chocolate were a nice touch, however part of my grapes were moldy/squishy. We spent almost $600 for an hour massage… we were hoping for a luxury experience. The massages were ok. I loved my day at the spa! The facial and the massage were wonderful! I did the full package which also included two beverages and a sweet treat. The facial was definitely the highlight as it included light massage and a golden mask to seal in the moisturizers. There are only 2 improvements that would've given this 5 stars. The polish is not gel and even though I was very careful my polish and nail chipped within 2 days despite the tech saying it should last 2 weeks. This happened on both my mani and pedi. The other is that the site indicates the 4 services should take 5 hours not including the 30 minutes before your appointment time. I arrived at 9:30 and didn't leave until 4:40. If I had known I would've booked something different as there was a lot of downtime between services (about 30-45 mins). Edit to add: After researching their services, they do offer shellac. I wish my tech would have mentioned it as I would have gladly paid for it and I mentioned always getting gel.
